Debashree’s journey to establishing Krityam stems from her deep-rooted connection to education and her experience as a former Chief Human Resources Officer at Healimpilo, a Healthcare IT startup. Her background in creating positive workplace cultures has significantly influenced Krityam’s approach to early childhood education.
The school’s commitment to authentic Montessori education is evident in its all-female teaching staff, all of whom hold Indian Montessori Center (IMC) certifications. “We believe in maintaining the highest standards of Montessori education,” shares Riddhi Shah, Head of Childcare at Krityam. “Our teachers are more than just educators; they are facilitators who guide children in their journey of self-discovery.”
