- Practice Dhanursana, Bhadrasana & Sarvangasana daily.
- Breathing- Do Anulom-Vilom & Ujjayi Pranayam for 10 mins daily.
- Meditation- Do Meditation for 10 minutes daily.
- Drink Min 3 Ltrs of Water & have 8 hours of sleep.
