In an era where experiential marketing is reshaping brand engagement, Vigyapan Mart has empowered one of India’s most ambitious projects for Schaeffler India. The team has conceptualised, designed, fabricated, and launched Schaeffler India’s RepXpert Training Van.

More than an advertisement, the RepXpert training van is an end-to-end mobile learning centre on the 100-Days India tour, with the aim of bringing modern automotive technical knowledge to independent workshops and mechanics across the country.

The RepXpert Training Van was launched on 19 May 2026 and started its nationwide 100-day journey on 21 May 2026. With the aim of conducting over 120 training sessions across India, the RepXpert training initiative has begun a major shift in how automotive brands connect with mechanics.

Harsha Kadam, the CEO and Managing Director of Schaeffler India, inaugurated the whole venture and began the campaign that combines technical education, product demonstrations, mechanic engagement, and experiential brand activation under one roof.

Schaeffler India’s RepXpert Mobile Training Van Is A New Benchmark for Experiential OOH Marketing:

Mobile vans have been used for a very long time for product promotions and awareness campaigns. But the RepXpert Training Van utilises it for a completely new out-of-home (OOH) marketing model.

Instead of promotion and display, the Van runs with the purpose of building a mobile ecosystem that enables meaningful, skill-focused interactions with India’s backbone of the automotive industry, the ground-level independent mechanics.

Vigyapan Mart designed, branded, and executed the whole campaign and the vehicle that utilises:

  • Branded interiors
  • Demonstration spaces
  • Interactive displays

It’s not just product display anymore; it’s a complete practical learning infrastructure to recreate a professional training environment. The Vigyapan Mart team designed and engineered every aspect of the Van to support the learning sessions while maintaining its flexibility to travel across cities, towns, and rural markets.
